Brighton Reiki is the Brighton based practice of reiki master teacher
Rifa Bhunnoo, teaching reiki courses as a technique for deep relaxation and healing. Rifa is a spiritual teacher and studied with Tibetan Buddhist monks in Nepal as well as learning from reiki masters in the UK. Her treatments and courses are very popular with over 500 clients since 2001. Rifa is also a Hatha Yoga teacher and learnt from Indian Swamis in India. Rifa is an Angel Practitioner, certified by Charles Virtue.

Rifa is a dedicated Oneness Trainer accredited by the Oneness University in India. Oneness Awakening courses are available in Brighton and she will travel around the UK & beyond!

There are three levels of Reiki to learn:

REIKI ONE - Learn to Heal Yourself (Healer level)
Reiki One is a one day course from 10am to 5pm includes History of Reiki, Self-Healing, Grounding and Meditation. The full price is £199 including 4 attunements, certificate and detailed manual.

REIKI TWO - Learn to Heal Others (Practitioner level)
This is a longer one-day course starting at 10am to 6.pm, including 3 Reiki Symbols, Healing Others and Distant Healing. The full price is £299 now £250. Includes 2 attunements, detailed manual and certificate.

REIKI THREE - Learn to Attune and Teach (Reiki Master Teacher)
This is a one day course from 10am to 5pm and includes Tibetan and Usui versions of the Reiki Master Symbol, Attuning Others and Creating Abundance too. The full price is £499 now £450 including certificate and complete manual (Reiki 1, 2 and 3). By appointment only.

All courses are held in comfortable surroundings with herbal teas and biscuits provided and groups are no larger than 4 people. We usually go out for lunch to a nearby cafe and please wear comfy clothes. Bring water and paper too!

Rifa’s approach approach to reiki healing is down-to-earth, welcoming and practical. She teaches the reiki system to all kinds of people, empowering others to become reiki practitioners and teachers themselves.

Rifa is an experienced reiki master teacher with qualifications ranging from art therapy to marketing. Brighton Reiki is part of the Children’s Complementary Therapy Network.
