Rifa Bhunnoo, teaching reiki courses as a technique for deep relaxation and healing. Rifa is a spiritual teacher and studied with Tibetan Buddhist monks in Nepal as well as learning from reiki masters in the UK.

Rifa Bhunnoo

Her treatments and courses are very popular with over 500 clients since 2001. Rifa is also a Hatha Yoga teacher and learnt from Indian Swamis in India. Rifa is an Angel Practitioner, certified by Charles Virtue. She is also a deeksha giver and became a Oneness Trainer in India at the Oneness University in June 2010. Rifa runs Oneness courses and gives Deeksha Giver Initiations.

Brighton Reiki in The Times

There are three levels of Reiki to learn:

REIKI ONE: Learn to Heal Yourself (Healer level)
Reiki One is a one day course from 10am to 5pm includes History of Reiki, Self-Healing, Grounding and Meditation. Price includes 4 attunements, certificate and detailed manual.

REIKI TWO: Learn to Heal Others (Practitioner level)
This is a longer one-day course starting at 10am to 6.pm, including 3 Reiki Symbols, Healing Others and Distant Healing. Price includes 2 attunements, detailed manual and certificate.

REIKI THREE: Learn to Attune and Teach (Reiki Master Teacher)
This is a one day course from 10am to 5pm and includes Tibetan and Usui versions of the Reiki Master Symbol, Attuning Others and Creating Abundance too. Price includes certificate and complete manual (Reiki 1, 2 and 3).

All courses are held in comfortable surroundings with herbal teas and biscuits provided and groups are no larger than 4 people. We usually go out for lunch to a nearby cafe and please wear comfy clothes. Bring water and paper too!

Rifa’s approach approach to reiki healing is down-to-earth, welcoming and practical. She teaches the reiki system to all kinds of people, empowering others to become reiki practitioners and teachers themselves.

Rifa is an experienced reiki master teacher with qualifications ranging from art therapy to marketing. Brighton Reiki is part of the Children’s Complementary Therapy Network.
